  • Stock-take of occupational categories in business administration

  • Core competences and career profile

The volume examines the characteristics of core qualifications in various administrative professions. The detailed results of empirical analyses and international comparisons are supplemented with specific suggestions for reform in order to permanently include topics like sustainability, ethics and process orientation in administrative training and further education courses. The volume is based on the BIBB research project "Commonalities and differences in business administration training and further education careers" (Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede kaufmännisch-betriebswirtschaftlicher Aus- und Fortbildungsberufe - GUK).
