Quality management and certification are becoming more and more important in the context of the debate about the professionalization of adult education. The challenge is not only to develop processes of evaluation and controlling but also to implement them and to feed findings in their turn into theory construction. In view of developments both on the international level and in in-company training, the report aims to raise awareness of innovative approaches.
