Wie hoch schätzen Betriebe das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis der Ausbildung ein? Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) befragte rund 3.000 Ausbildungsbetriebe zu den Kosten und den Nutzen, zur Übernahme von Auszubildenden und zu den Ausbildungsmotiven.
Der Band stellt die Ergebnisse der Befragung differenziert nach alten und neuen Bundesländern, Ausbildungsbereichen und Ausbildungsjahren sowie Betriebsgrößenklassen und Berufen vor. Es wird analysiert, welche Faktoren die Ausbildungskosten und die Ausbildungsentscheidung der Betriebe beeinflussen.
Das BIBB beobachtet und analysiert seit vielen Jahren die Ausbildungsentscheidung von Betrieben unter ökonomischen Gesichtspunkten.
How do companies assess the cost-benefit ratios of educational systems?
The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) interviewed about 3,000 companies that train people and asked them about costs and benefits, the chances for trainees to be given permanent jobs and the motives for establishing training courses.
The book gives the results of the survey in sections dealing with the old and the newly formed German federal states, training sectors and training years, as well as company sizes and jobs. There is also an analysis of the factors that influence the costs of vocational training and a list of the reasons why companies offer vocational training.
